AMF publishes the list of Euronext Paris-listed companies who are behind on their reporting requirements

Published on August 27, 2013

AMF publishes the list of Euronext Paris-listed companies that have not fulfilled their duty to disseminate and/or file with the AMF their annual or half-year financial reports due from 30 June 2012 to 30 April 2013.

In accordance with its remit to monitor and supervise public disclosures, the AMF verifies the mandatory electronic publication of periodic financial information, including annual and half-yearly financial reports, by companies listed on Euronext Paris.

Without judging in advance the causes or reasons for the delay, the AMF is publishing the list of companies organised under French law that have still not fulfilled their reporting requirements.
To ensure compliance with regulations, the AMF may, after having reminded them of their duty, seek an injunction from the President of the Court of First Instance ordering them to publish the information in question.

The list of companies who are behind on their reporting requirements is available on the AMF website under Participants & products > Listed companies & corporate financing > Financial & accounting disclosures > Missed publication deadlines
