Where can I find regulations published by the AMF?

The AMF provides all its regulations, plus a selection of European rules and regulations, in the “Regulation” section in the main site menu. In particular, you can find the latest version of the General Regulation as well as the AMF’s archives and consolidated policy.

Where can I find AMF publications?

The AMF provides reports, newsletters, guides and public consultations. Go to the Publications section in the main menu.

Can I follow my mediation case on the AMF website?

Yes, you can track the progress of your mediation case on the site. Enter the user ID and password you received by post into the “Case tracker” box under the left-hand menu in the “AMF ombudsman” section”.
