Marie Seiller has been appointed Executive Director of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) Corporate Accounting Directorate. Delphine Charrier-Blestel has been appointed deputy to the Executive Director of the AMF Legal Affairs Directorate, in charge of the “Regulation, policy and disputes” unit.
